is GVF 2003?
One Trip, Two Days, Three Hundred Contacts!

Since 1995, this forum has been held every
October in Osaka, and has been credited with helping hundreds of firms
establish a presence in Japan. This year it will be held on Thursday
and Friday, October 23-24, 2003.

GVF is organized by the Osaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is supported by
numerous organizations including the Osaka City, the Osaka Prefectural Government, MITI
and the Keirin Foundation.
Why Apply?
It costs nothing to apply to be a presenter at
GVF, and if you are
selected you will have the opportunity to address an audience of business
executives that reads like a "who's who" of Japanese industry.
Presenters are drawn from four industry sectors. Follow the link

Firms selected to be presenters give business presentations to an audience
drawn from Japan's high technology industries, venture capital and financial communities.
Participation includes the opportunity to hold private discussions and be matched with
Japanese firms for one-on-one meetings. Businesses, entrepreneurs, technology developers
and inventors will develop partnerships for Japan (and other
markets) with products, services and technologies, license or cross-license technology,
new business development, find investors to establish businesses or finance R&D.
GVF
is a not-for-profit event. It costs nothing to apply for GVF but there is a modest
participation fee of $US 1900 which includes one-night hotel accommodation,
all interpretation requirements, most meals and much more.
The deadline for submitting your application is Thursday, June
27th.
